The Caledonia is located in the center of Argentina, Rio Negro province, in a steppe adjacent to Somuncurá Plateau in Patagonia. The general geography is mountainous, with red stones. As you get closer La Caledonia, the landscape turns more rocky.

Usually we go by truck from Los Menucos. The distance between the town and the field is about 17 miles (27km).
It is very important that you contact us before you start the journey, because the road is closed to prevent hunting. Arrange your visit in advance and contact us.
Once you are in the province of Rio Negro, you should reach the town of Los Menucos and, from there, we guide you straight to La Caledonia. There are three possible ways to get there:
